how do i delete csrss.exe

csrss.exe
every time i open up a program i get a pop-up that
says "internet explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to shut down", when i click for details "csrss.exe"
is in the app name. it doesnt matter if i am online or
not. i have run spybot and adaware se and i am using ez
trust antivirus and firewall. down loading sp2 did
nothing to help

csrss.exe is a windows service, do a google search for more info.
