how do i delete an email in the outbox that refuses to be deleted

i sent an email to someone with some photos attached. size was 15 mb....been
over a week and still wont go thru the server and i cant delete it. i want
to delete it but it wont let me delete...help...
 
Me too with this problem, two weeks now for mine trying to send, very
frustrating, any luck getting an answer on what to do?

Click FIle. Check "Work Offline". STop and restart Outlook. Delete the
message from Outbox. Click File and uncheck "Work Offline.
