How do I delete addresses from the address suggestion list

Outlook can suggest address as you typing the to, cc or bcc box, but the
suggestion list includes old addresses, invalid addresses and those that you
have typed in error in the past.

How can I delete entries from this list?

use the up/down arrow keys to highlight the offender, then press Delete.

You can also purchase a utility that we developed to open, edit, and export
data from the autocomplete (NK2) file. It can be found at
www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm. It's called Owtlook. It sells for $24.95
and corporate versions are available with a "browse" feature so that you can
open NK2 files on numerous computers.

Top
