How do I delete a user created pop-up menu

I've created a few popup menus that show up
okay under the "Shortcut Menus" -> "Custom" .
How do I delete un-wanted pop-up menus?

I've tried everything I can think of to reveal an
option whereby I can choose to delete.

Bring up properties for a non-popup menu. Once the property sheet is up you can
switch it to display the properties of your popup menu. Then change it into a
standard menu or toolbar. THEN it can be deleted.

I have another question regarding pop-up's, but I will
