how do I delete a test post in a discussion web site

I have set up a new site and included a discussion web site. To test that it
works OK I sent several test messages that worked. Now I would like to delete
these so that it returns to a clean state. How do I do this. I have looked at
MS help online as well as books, but cannot find anything to tell me how to
do it? Is there anyone out there who can help me? Thanks in antisipatioin

Open the site, in FP "live" and then open the guestbook.htm file. The file
should be in the _private folder, I think. Should be named something like
"guestbook.htm".
