How do I delete a record

I build a form to update a table using the wizard.
The Navigation Buttons allow for adding records.
What if I want to delete a record?
 
Make sure your form includes the Record Selector. Then click on the Record
Selector and press Delete|Enter.

Add your oun control button and in the wizard specify
record delete.
 
(There may be more than one posted reply ... a previous reply did not
seem to make it?)
I placed a control button (using the wizard).
Had no problems creating the control button, BUT ... It does not delete
the record???
 
I have Navigation Buttons ... Are they considered a "Record Selector" ???
Delete followed by an Enter does not seem to do anything.
