How do I delete a query off a sheet???

I had a sheet with Data-Get External Data query, but now all that i
gone, but the query is still there so how do I delete it off the shee
because if someone runs it, it will mess everything up.

try insert>name>delete the name(s) that refer to the query

hi,
click in the range where the exteranl data use to be.
data>get exteranl data>data range properties
NOTE: if data range properties is not enabled, you're not
in the query range. re-position the cell pointer until
data range properties is enabled.
when the data range property sheet comes up,
uncheck save query definition. you will get a warning.
click ok. click ok.
guery gone.
