How do I delete a partial worksheet?

I have spotted info in many cells from C55 thru K6500. How can I delete all
this in one action?
 
In namebox type C55:K6500 and ENTER then Edit>Clear Contents.

I realize that is not one action, but one action would require a macro to clear
the contents with the click of a button.
