This is an ACCESS newsgroup. Access is a database application that is part
of MS Office Professional.

Your post does not appear to be related to MS Access.
 
In addtion to Rick's comment... when you find the correct group you might
want to use this big white space to type your question and let folks know
what version of Outlook.
