How do I delete a design template in my "availabel for use" box?

I accidentally saved a Design Template i do not wish to use. Now I cannot
get rid of it. I have deleted it from my computer but it willl not go away.
Any help will be greatly appreciated- Thanks-

I don't know if there is a proper way of removing them, but all i had to do
was delete the file, the icon still appeared in the available to use, i
clicked on it. powerpoint told me it could not find the file. i closed and
then re-opened powerpoint and it was no longer there.

let me know if that does the trick
