How do I delay delivery of a mail merged e-mail?

i have used the "Do not deliver this message before" option, but when I try
to use it on a message that I mail merge via e-mail it starts sending my
emails immediately. How can I delay merged e-mails?

About the only thing you can do with a merge is disconnect from the network, then reconnect when you want the mail messages to go out.
