how do i default the 'Save To" box with 'Detail" rather than tiles/icons....

hi ppl,

how can i default the 'Save To" box with 'Detail" rather than
tiles/icons.... it is really annoyiny to have to click through to
'Details' then click the 'Modified" collum

I dont really want to use the History folder,,,,
 
What is the regular view of that folder set to? Change it and close it
with the shift key and "x"
