How do I "deactivate" the enter key?

Hello,

I have set up a Word template and when I try to exit a field by tabbing I go
to the next field BUT if I hit enter instead another line appears in the
field I am currently in. I want nothing to happen if someone hits enter
instead of tabbing. How do I do this?
