How do I customize an Electronic Business Card for all contacts?

I see how to customize an individual EBC but how do you apply to all contacts?
 
EBCs are designed to be created and shared by the contact, just like each of
your contacts may have a custom business card to hand out to clients.

If you want to show the same data for each contact, check out the Address
Card view of your contacts folder.
