how do I create new icon for additional printers?

I am setting up multiple versions of the same printer on our network to allow
users to print to the printer with the appropriate settings without footering
about changing print properties every time. Can I create an icon in the
toolbar for each additional printer so that the user doesn't have to go to
file/print and choose a printer for each print job?
