How do I create macros using cell value

i want to create a macro to autofill in series based on the cell value.
Suppose to craete numbers in a table say upto 50 and if this number is given
in say cell A1 how to craete a macro to automatically generate numbers in
column say starting from cell B3. To make it more understanding i want to
create table to know the principal and interest approporeiation of EMI
monthwise say for the number of months i specify in a cell.

can any body help me
