how do I create drop-down list on an existing form

I have downloaded the directions for drop-down list.I reaslly need simpler
terms.help please
 
I'm not exactly sure what you have downloaded, so don't know if there IS a
simpler way to explain it. Basically, when you place the combobox on your
form you need to set the Control Source, the bound column, the column count,
and the column sizes. The first 2 are on the Data tab of the Property sheet
and the second 2 are on the Format tab.

Start from there and ask some more detailed questions so we can help you
further.
