How do I create columns that expand and collapse in Excel?

I would like to copy the expand and collapse feature in another part of my
worksheet. I am using the rolling forcast and buget template. Can this be
done?
 
If I understand what you're asking, try this

1)Select the columns to be expanded/collapsed
2)Data>Group and Outline>Group

Does that help?
