How do I create and/or see a POP3 Mail Folder?

I created a POP3 account, but all the mail was dumped into the inbox folder
of favorite folders. The account does not appear under the all mail folders
section like the MSN and imap accounts do. How do I create a folder for the
POP3 account in the all mail folders section, and get the mail in the right
folder?

While MSN and IMAP accounts create local caches reflecting the contents of
the server, thus appearing as separate folder lists in the Folder List view,
all POP accounts share a common Personal Fodlers file (PST). If you wish to
sort messages by receiving account, you must create separate folders
(File>New>Folder) yourself and then rules to move the incoming messages into
those separate folders.

Thanks. It is starting to come together. But where are the rules
located?

Depends on your version of Outlook, but the Tools menu should have a Rules
item.
