How do I create an address book for mailing labels

Does MS Word have a template for creating a simple address book that can be
used to create mailng labels? Many years ago I used a "My Labels" Software
to do this but assume MS Word must have this feature now.

Office includes an address book - it's called Outlook. This can be used to
create mailing labels and is the best solution if you have Outlook.
For mail merge you can also use the facility to create a data file - or you
could use a simple Word table as a data source
