How do I create an Access 97 template?

I'd like to create a database to use as a template but am not having any luck.
 
There is no "Template" in Access similar to the "Template" concept in MS
Wrod/Excel. Simply try to fnd some sample Access database that similar to
your need and start to modifiy it (it may be even simpler to start from
scratch, if you know how to develop Access application).
