how do i create a white design template with a logo in the top ?

I am trying to create a design template that only includes a logo in the
upper left corner.
 
Rosendo,
Go to View - Master - Slide master - insert your logo in the upper left
corner.
Leave the master, save your presentation as a template (xxxxxxx.pot), PPT
will direct you to the templates directory automatically.
That should do it.
