Launch FrontPage.
Click File and select New > Web select a name and save it. The name can be
anything, it doesn't have to match your domain name if you already have one
registered.
Then Click File > New and select page or Blank Page. Start typing. Save as
index.htm
You have started a web site.

Oh gee, where do you even start to reply to this question?

Do you have a place to publish your files after they are created? Did you
try reading the help file? Did you try anything other than posting to the MS
newsgroup?

Judging from the body of the original message, I'd sarcastically say....oh nevermind....someone will slap me and not consider me potentially a sweet guy :)

....then, read the help files and look on the internet for FP tutorials. And
click on the links in my sig.

Then, learn how to post a question with real message in the body. ;-)
