How do I create a web page in Word?

I was counting on a Web Page Wizard, only to be disappointed. I need some
help getting started with a web page. Somebody, HELP!
 
The short answer is: create the page, then choose 'Save as web page' from
the File menu. The better answer is: don't use Word for creating web pages.
It really wasn't designed for it, and it does it badly.
