Is this an accident or do you really have 5%+30%+75% = 110%?

If so: Enter your data in the range A1:A4 with a title in A1.
Enter 65% in A2, 30% in A3, and 5% in A4. Select the range and click the
Chart Wizard. Pick the last chart style - Pyramid and the second sub-type.
Click Next and change from Series in Columns to Series in Rows. Click Finish.
Stacked horizontal bar (not column) chart, with one series formatted to
be invisible. the visible series will appear to "float" to the right of
the y-axis, and so take on the appearance of a step pyramid.

describes the techniques applicable to horizontal bar charts as well.
