How do i create a page border in word made out of words

I would like to create a page border in a word document nade from specific
text. How can I achive this?
 
One solution would be to create a text box (or boxes) in the header and/or
footer and change the direction of the text in the box for the right and left
margins. Since this is in thee header and/or footer, it will carry on to
subsequent pages.
