How do I create a new pop-up window

I am creating a web site that will have a Terms and Conditions page. But I do
not want this page to open like all the others as a normal web page. When
someone clicks the Terms link, I want that page to open as a separate pop-up
window in the middle of the screen. I want to be able to set the size of this
window and I do not want it to have the Back, Forward and other menus at the
top but rather just a Close button at the bottom. I guess the best way to
explain what I want is by example = In these Microsoft newsgroups, if you
click New to post a new question, the window that opens where you type in
your post is how I want my window to look. How do I create a page like that
in Frontpage. I have version 2003.

Thanks...
Mike

Hi Mike,

In the Hyperlinks dialog click on Target and select _blank (New Window)

Mike,
I had tried that but when the page opens, it still has the "Back",
"Forward", etc menus at the top and I could not control the size and
placement of the window. I want the window to look like these "new" and
"reply" windows do in the microsoft forums.

Thanks...
Mike

If you're using FP2003 use the popup window behaviour, in which you can
control elements like the window size, and show or delete things like the
menus, tool bars etc.

There is a similar tool on www.jimcosoftware.com - "Spawn".

There are plenty of FAQ's about this issue every day/week!
