How do I create a line that can be typed on? Examp:Name ________

I am creating a registration form and I want to place lines after pertinent
information that can be typed on. How do I do this?
Example: Name ________________

I can create the line but when you type on it, the line moves. I want the
line to stay in place so the typed info is on the line.

Any info would be appreciated.
