How do I create a guestbook in Frontpage?

Using FrontPage, how do I create a (WORKING) webpage, with boxes for 'Name',
'Email Address' and 'Comment', as well as each previous comment submitted
underneath? I know how to make it, however it doesn't work. I continue to get
an error saying,

"FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.
"This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed."

I went to the Windows website and tried to install this extension, but I
was unsure of where I was supposed to save it to, and what to do with it.

I'm sure there is a simple enough explanation for all of this.

If you could PLEASE help me by telling me how to properly install the
extension and how to create the guestbook page correctly, it would be GREATLY
appreciated.

Thank you

Sounds like you need your Frontpage server extensions turned on. Most
web hosts have a place to do this in there control panel on the web.
You go to your control panel for your web site and turn on the
extentions. I have on occasion had to call the host and have them turn

After you have create the Guest book or form, you have to publish it via FP's http mode to a server
that has the FP extensions installed for you to test and for it to work.
