How do I create a form letter in Access?

I have set up an address database in Access and a letter template in Word.
How do I merge the two?

Set up bookmarks in the Word template for the Access data. There's a wizard
in Word that will guide you through the connection. Tools ... Letters and
Mailings ... Mail Merge Wizard.
