How do I create a drop down list in Front page 2002?

I am trying to create a drop down list not a drop down box in Microsoft FP
for my web site. Can't figure it out. Please help?
Example:
Nets (point your arrow here)
gives you three or four options with hyperlinks to the
corresponding page

What you are looking for is JavaScript DHTML Menu, in your IE Address bar type:
