I want to have form go out to a group - once they get the form I want them to
be able to fillin in blanks on the form and then send the form back to sender
- I need to know how to create the form - I have the form made - but need to
know how to make it so that the recipient can just fill in the blanks without
the form being messed up.

You can create an online form. Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
