How do I create a distribution list from an Excel database?

I have about 100 email addresses in Excel that I don't want to have to retype
into a Distribution List in Outlook.

Then just do a Mail merge, using the Excel workbook as the data source...
 
So why would you need them in a distribution list then? You can also use the
Excel sheet as a source for a mail merge.
