How do I create a customized letter wizard?

I'm currently looking to create a customized letter wizard similar to the
business form letter, but with the body of the text included. Is there a way
to do this?

Create a document template of your own based on the the business form letter
if you wish but containing your own standard texts - see
http://home.earthlink.net/~wordfaqs/Letterhead.htm. The wizard bit is
superfluous, as you can make the template achieve whatever you want from a
letter.
