How do I copy selected pages from a large document

I have a 21 page document and I would like to copy 5 pages from this document
to email them. Is there some way this can be done so as to include all
formatting plus headers and footers

Personally, I would convert the 21 page document to .pdf format,
delete the 16 pages you don't want to email from the .pdf file,
and email the .pdf file.

Or with a PDF 'printer' driver (Acrobat/PrimoPDF etc), just 'print' the 5
wanted pages to PDF.
