how do I copy same text on all labels on same sheet?

I want to copy same text to all labels on a sheet? Is there a quick way to
do it? I am printing postcards and would have to type the info four times.
Any Help out there??

Choose the radio button for "Full page of the same label" in the Labels
dialog.
