How do I copy my word address book to a floppy disk?

I have purchased a new computer and want to transfer my Microsoft Word
address book from the old computer to the new one. How do I do it.?
 
There is no "Word address book." Word uses the address book (Contacts) from
Outlook or another MAPI-compliant application.

Use your address book as the data source for a catalog or directory type
