How do copy my Outlook archive folder to cd? I use Office
XP Professional.Thanks in advance.
 
What software do you use for copying to CDs?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

If you have Windows XP, just drag-and-drop to your CD burner device.
Otherwise, use your CD burning software to copy them to a CD.
 
I'd just export the Archives to a PST file and burn it to CDRW. That way
you can save new versions periodically.

Do not export. Just copy them to the CD.
