How do I copy my contacts to my PDA

How do I copy my contacts to my PDA? I want to sync them without having to
rewrite every single contact.

I have palmone sync software loaded on the same pc as outlook.

Your question should be addressed to the manufacturers of your
synchronization software. It is not an Outlook question.
