How do I copy messages from one XP user to another

I have set up a second XP user for business. How do I copy my business
e-mails to my business user without losing the original sender and date info.
 
Hi Brian

Yes that worked apart from integrating the messages with what I already had
in my second user. Main issue was address book. I have got my contacts, but
when I do a new mail and use To: it says "The address List could not be
displayed. The contacts list associated with this address list could not be
opened......moved, deleted or you may not have permissions....". I can still
get at them but it is a pain.

I have to OK that box which gives me an empty Select Names box and then I
have to Show Names From the box has Contacts pre-entered. However if I check
the choices there is another contacts choice (identical name) and if I choose
that they all come up. Just a number of extra keystrokes for ever. Can you
assist?

Your Outlook Address Book service is miconfigured. What version of Outlook
are you using?

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Fix the bogus reference there.

Went into Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or
address
books>Next. There were two entries "Contacts", removed one, but has made no difference. As before when I do New Mail and To the same message appears. I have 2 entries called "Contacts" and the program is pointing to one that it can't read. At a bit of a loss because all I did was to bring over the PST file from my family user and moved the existing pst up one level. Any further assistance would be most appreciated.

Did you stop and restart Outlook afterward? You must. Remove the other one
as well, stop and restart Outlook, then open the properties of the Contacts
folder you want to appear and enable it as an email address book.
