Depending on the format in which you received your email, you can
double-click the email to open it fully (not just view it in the preview
pane), and select File, Save As...you can select to seave it as *.htm, *.rtf
or like an *.msg (email format), just point the destination to your USB
drive. You might want to try saving in different formats to see which way
appears best for you. Also, you might want to save attachments separately
because they don't go along with the email unless you save it as *.msg. Hope
