How do I copy and paste a text box?

I have developed adiagramm with a series of text boxes and arrows in Word. I
cannot copy and paste this document into another document.
 
You should be able to if you first Group all the graphic objects.
(Select the items you want to Group, Drawing toolbar, drop-down at the
left, Group.)
