How do I copy a picture from a web site onto a slide?

I am using Powerpoint for the first time. I am trying to take a picture from
an article on a web site and copy it onto a slide. I've been told that I can
do this directly instead of making a copy, saving it in documents or pictures
and transferring, which makes the picture blurry. Any help?

I've found the best way is to:
right click on the image...
save the image to your computer...
insert the image into your slide rather than using the "copy/paste" version.
It looks "cleaner" to me this way.
