How do I convert run time(45,502h 30m) to number 45,502.5 ??

Using Excel, i have a machine run time log ex 45,502hours 30minutes, how do i
convert all values to number format (45,502.5)?
 
If your run time is an actual time then to convert to decimal hours just
multiply by 24 and format as a number - or is it text - in which case
can you give the exact format
