How do I convert my Excel data into mailing labels?

I have a file that includes Names, Addresses, City, State and Zip. I would
like to convert this into mailing labels. How do I do this? Can't find the
information under Help.
 
It's probably easiest to set up your labels in Word and use its Mail Merge
functions to retrieve the data from your Excel list.
