How do I convert existing excel numbers to negative?

I have large amounts of excel data that i need to convert from positive to
negative. Is there a way to accomplish this?
Thanks.
 
Place a -1 in an un-used cell and copy that cell. Then select all the cells
you want to convert and:

Edit > PasteSpecial > Multiply
