How do I convert an entire sheet from columns to rows?

My dilema, I can transpose section by section, but not the entire sheet.

Is there a way do do tihs?

is the sheet full all the 65536 rows
in that case the no. of rows is 65536 but no. of columns is 256.
or have I not understood????
