How do I convert Acess XP files to Access 2000?

I took an Access XP class and have a CD with training files on it -- however,
my work computer has Access 2000 and it won't convert. Is there another way?
 
The default file format for Access XP is the 2000 file format. As long as
you used this format and didn't use any new functionality (such as new VBA
functions) in the file, Access 2000 should be able to open it without
converting. If you have the file in 2002 format, you'll need to use Access
XP or 2003 to save the file in 2000 format then copy the file over to the
computer with Access 2000. To do this, open the file in Access XP or 2003
and go to Tools|Database Utilities|Convert Database.
