How do i convert a spreadsheet with dollar amounts to euros?

Help! My boss told me to convert all these spreadsheets listing dollar
amounts to Euro.

I can't figure out how to do it.

Format Cells | Catagory=>Currency | Symbol=>'choose as you like'
