How do I convert a Powerpoint File to a Word File (ppt to doc)?

Hello-

I have a powerpoint file that I would like converted to a word document. How
can this be converted?

You'll have to be more specific about what you want. Do you want to
export the text or create handouts of your slides in some form. The basic
thing you can do is go to the File menu and choose Send to Word. This
will give you options for various styles, including handouts and
outlines. You might also want to try Shyam's Handout Wizard:
